The development
ArtWalk Residences is a boutique development of 40 residences in the El Cerro neighborhood, in the heart of downtown Puerto Vallarta: steps from galleries, cafés and the Malecón, yet tucked into a quiet, creative corner.
Its bioclimatic design, by architect Adrián Iturriaga, brings together an open atrium, natural cross ventilation, planted terraces, shaded walkways and warm materials.
